Today

I've been told that once the media starts recognizing a recession, the economy is already coming back to normal. However, I don't think the trouble with the economy today is a normal recession cycle. Why? Because I believe that the economy is in the midst of a power struggle for control over the American people and the American way. Whether you believe it or not, everybody has a worldview that governs the way they live, views politics, and interacts with others, etc. America was founded with a Christian worldview. However, the worldview of the current White House administration is that of Cultural Marxism or a communistic worldview.

The Cultural Marxist worldview uses chaos to take control. To take control from the people and give it to the government. We are seeing an example of this today. The bailout of the banks has given the federal government the attitude that it owns the banks and can limit compensation to top employees.

If however, the goal is to centralize power in the government, how will it proceed? How will the takeover of the American people and the American way look? The economic crisis will continue to get worse. It will worsen to a point where the American people will get tired of the chaos. So tired, they will give their freedoms to the federal government for the promise of economic and personal security.

How does this relate to writing about life as hearing impaired? I depend on hearing aids to communicate with people, to live life as "normally" as possible. With the inevitable hyperinflation caused by the "stimulus" package, hearing aids, earmolds and batteries will become prohibitively expensive. I'll have to decide whether hearing aids or food are more important. When that occurs, the cultural Marxists will have me to the point where I need to decide how much I value my individual freedoms, those given to me by the original founding fathers. I'll have to decide whether I value my individual freedoms more than my personal needs-- needs of food, home, hearing.

What will you decide? Consider carefully because giving away your freedoms for food and comfort might be the last choice you ever make freely.
